Due to the perishable nature of dietary supplements and other food products, any items that expire sooner than 3 months from the date of the purchase are not eligible for a refund.
In addition, for health and safety concerns, we cannot accept any opened or partially consumed supplement items. This includes any items which have had the plastic guard around the bottle cap or have the safety seal underneath the bottle cap removed.
In order for any other items to be eligible for a refund, you must first contact our customer service department to set up your return within 7 calendar days of your purchase, and the return the purchased item within 7 calendar days of initiating the return.
Items must unopened and in their original condition. Any items that arrive at the return center damaged, rotten or contaminated in any way will not be eligible for refunds and will have to be discarded for health and safety reasons. If you received any item damaged, rotten or contaminated, please contact us right away and we will be happy to send a free replacement.
